Stewarts of America Inc. offer Punch Perforation equipment and tooling.
We offer hot and cold needle pin punch tooling and machinery, as well as punch and die tooling and equipment.

Mechnical Punch and Die (or MPC) is achieved with a punch and die set, and can be used on thicker materials such as:

Artificial leather, Leather, Suade, plastic films, paper, cardboard, wood, foils, thin metals and other materials generally used in the coining/shaping cuts in the shoe, clothing, pad furniture
and automobile industry

Our new punch and die machinery include new features:

  • Semi Automatic pressure regulation controlled through PLC
  • Control of the index or advancing pass through PLC and appropriate software to obtain and create different patterns with just a single mould.
  • Paper winding in both directions
  • Works perfectly at low or high speeds
  • Patented pneumatic mould
  • Complete control of all machine functions through a computer with
    appropriate software projected and created accordingly.
  • New silent and powerful shavings extractor system
Hot and Cold needle punch machinery

The same hot and cold technology that has been developed for our rotary perforators is also available in vertical punch form. These punching systems are perfect for operations that do not run well under rotary conditions, such as thicker materials or materials that require a perforated area in a small section of the goods being made.

The development of punch perforators resulted from an enormous interest for high performance, accurate punch perforators for multi-role materials and shaped cuts. We can also design hundreds of different punch patterns, and even write your company logo in holes if required.
